It's actually 2 products in 1! A very effective rust converter and a excellent metal prep that etches the surface to prepare it for paint, primer or filler! Compatible with all top coats. Stops light to medium rust, but instead of converting it to a black primer, it converts it to a zinc phosphate coating resulting in superior anti-corrosion and welding conductivity.
